• Addition in Lake Forest: On this house in Lake Forest we extended the 1st floor living & dining room to the side 5' and added a new game room and bedroom above and still kept 9' ceilings in the living & dining rooms.

• Rancho Santa Margarita Room Addition: This Rancho Santa Margarita was enlarged by extending the 2nd floor over the dining room and gaining much needed space for their family.

• Mission Viejo New Master Suite: This Mission Viejo home has a new 2nd story master suite.

• Lake Forest home: 870 sq. ft. added: On this home we extended the 2nd story to cover the garage, making more bedrooms for their growing family.

• Newport Beach Home Remodel: This Newport Beach home in "Big Canyon" received an addition and was completely remodeled and updated.

• Rancho Santa Margarita Home: This typical Rancho Santa Margarita home with big, vaulted ceilings got a new look and more room while still maintaining an open feeling downstairs with 9' ceilings.

• Kitchen remodel & family room addition: This home in the Orange hills was remodeled extensively and the kitchen is now updated.

• Custom Kitchen in Orange: This typical tract home got a completely new kitchen. While we were there, we also enlarged the family room, extended the master bedroom and completely remodeled the master bathroom.
