More than 30 years ago, Marvin Crocker put together a professional team of designers, project managers and office staff to produce quality residential projects in an effective, businesslike manner.

Today, our management team has completed more residential additions than any other Orange County builder. We have also designed and built more than 50 custom homes ranging from simple 1-story homes to 6,000 sq. ft. custom estates.

When the business was started, the most sophisticated tool in the office was an electric eraser. Now the company utilizes the latest computer-aided drafting technology to develop state-of-the-art designs.

Blue Ribbon Design-Build has always been a family run business. Marvin's daughter Jennifer (General Manager), son-in-law Jeff (Project Planner) and son Mark (Project Manager) provide fresh ideas and approaches to keep Blue Ribbon the leader in the residential Design-Build field.
